In my view City Central kind rooms is by far the best accommodation in Manchester. The rooms are spacious, clean and light. The quality of the furniture is great and the mattress of my bed was very comfortable. There is a very cosy lounge and a well equipped kitchen. The location is close to the universities and about a 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Clive is extremely friendly and helpful. I extended my stay and I will certainly always come back here when in Manchester. Highly recommended!
This is quite simply the best non-hotel option for accommodation in Manchester. It's a big and well maintained house which is uber private. Clive, the host, greets you at the secure (free) parking to give you the keys and show you the room. And that's it, he leaves you to it. Rooms are tidy and a modern spec, big bed etc, water and biscuits a nice touch. I often stay here and have never had a bad experience.
I recently had to find somewhere to stay for business, this was recommended to me. Clive is the perfect host, l felt really welcome on my arrival. The rooms are clean, comfortable and fresh, Clive provides great information about local amenities and, for when the world opens up again, lots of great local things to do. Good WiFi too. There was hand sanitiser dotted around the house & it felt perfectly clean. It was also great to stay somewhere that felt ‘homely’ rather than a nondescript hotel. I will definitely use Kind Rooms again if I have to stay in Manchester.
We’ve just had a fantastic stay at City Central Kind Rooms. Our room was so clean and comfortable, decorated beautifully with quality furniture. The host Clive was extremely helpful and welcoming. We look forward to returning when we are next in the city. Highly recommend!
Clive is an amazing host. I have stayed with him twice already and plan to stay again. He met us on arrival and we were shown to a clean, bright double room. The bathroom was immaculate. We had use of communal spaces, so spent some time chatting over coffee. Clive has has a very interesting life, and his genuine care for people shines through. The property is close to the city. You can easily walk or take a taxi. Clive has a fantastic knowledge of the city, and will recommend places to eat if you need them.
Without doubt one of the best place I have stayed during my time in Manchester! Upon arrival was warmly welcomed by Clive, who has been extremely friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is so special that it really feels like home to me. All respect for to Clive, who’s doing a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality.
Bed was so comfy. Owner is lovely and settles you in right away. The bathroom is shared but it’s clean and the water is hot and pressure is good. Room felt like a decent size beside being compact. There was plenty of storage, a large bed and a mini fridge. And the distance to the centre wasn’t bad at all. Would definitely return. Thank you!
Excellent location, 15 mins walking distance from town center. Perfect location if you are planning to go to Old Trafford football match, it's on a walking distance. The rooms are clean and perfect, I have been here twice with my family and I will come again soon. All international travelers and families will feel like home. Clive is one of a kind, he always helpful, friendly and I see him as part of my family now. Thank you for everything Clive, see you soon
